About Kavie

Kavie was born and raised in the Jacksonville area and graduated from Middleburg High School in 2005. She went on to play collegiate volleyball at Florida State College of Jacksonville while earning her AA degree. While there, she led the team to the Mid-Florida Conference Championships and was named the Mid-Florida Conference Player of the Year in 2006. She holds the kill record at FSCJ to this day!

She then moved on to play Division I volleyball at the University of North Florida and earned a bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a concentration in Exercise Science. At UNF, Kavie was named to the Georgia Southern Invitational All-Tournament Team and led her team in kills and digs against Stetson and Georgia. During that time, Kavie was featured in the Florida Times Union for her success as a local student-athlete.

Kavie earned her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Florida Institute of Technology while coaching the women’s volleyball team as a graduate assistant. She traveled the world while playing and coaching volleyball. Notably as a coach for a women college level team on a European Tour in Italy, Austria, Germany, and Slovenia.

Her knees aren’t what they used to be but she will always be passionate about Volleyball and has been a fixture at UNF volleyball games. Kavie has channeled her athletic drive and desire for success into being a Top Producing Agent, wife, and mother to two amazing girls, Dagney (4) and Sadie Mae (1). You would never guess that being a top athlete also translates into being a great baker but it certainly does. Kavie’s bread and deserts are almost as a big a hit as she used to deliver on the court.

Kavie is a member of the Elite Realtors Network (ERN), a Certified Negotiation Expert (CRN), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and certified in luxury sales with LUXBHGRE. She’s a member of the Athletic Director Cabinet for the University of North Florida, the UNF Osprey Club and a donor to UNF athletics. Kavie was a chairwoman and contributor to CBV Cares charity organization where she contributed a portion of each commission to help hyper-local charities and organizations.
