Kay Bivens

Kay Bivens, born and reared in Slaton, Texas, graduated from Texas Tech University and has lived in Midland since 1980, when her husband''s job brought the family to Midland. After having been associated with Tom Brown, Inc. for several years, she became the Campaign Director with the United Way of Midland. Seven years later she assumed duties of Director of Institutional Advancement at The University of Texas of the Permian Basin, serving in that position for 15 years. In 2011, Kay began her career as realtor at Legacy Real Estate. Her love of working with people strong work ethic, and commitment to her clients has made real estate her favorite, and most rewarding career of all.
