My husband and I recently sold our house using Kay Griffith, of Agency One, Elite Brokers Group. This is the only home we had ever purchased and lived in for 30 years. Kay made the process so easy, keeping us informed and walking us through each step from beginning to end. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and meticulous in attention to detail, in addition to being a wonderfully warm, kind, patient and caring individual. She listens and puts the customers needs and wants first, and as first time home sellers, we had lots of questions! We were out of town when our home was listed and Kay went over to our house morning and night to make sure everything was in place, doors locked up, window coverings open and drawn, turning lights on and off, etc.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kay, she’s the best!

There are not enough positive things to say about Kay! She is 100% the hardest working, most patient, steadfast, HONEST, after hours working realtor we have ever encountered (and we’ve encountered a lot over the years in two different states) and we will absolutely be using her for every single home transaction we have. I can not emphasize enough the importance of having someone be patient and available when buying or selling a home and she has been the best without question! 10/10 would recommend.

Kay is an incredible real estate agent. When selling our home, she was straight forward with us and honest in the best ways to proceed. She listened to what we wanted and what we needed and was always there for questions and insight. Being first time home sellers, we had questions for her and her reasonings behind selling our home the way she did. She always took the time to explain and be there for us. In the end she sold our home for 100k over asking price with no contingencies. There is no doubt we will use Kay in many years to come.

Kay was amazing. She was very professional, responsive, and brought her years of experience to help us sell our house. In three days, we had over 40 people come through and look at our place. Had 5 offers that were 15% or higher on the house, and eventually sold in 4 days for 25% above what we were asking.
