Katrina Kay Page, was the BEST realtor I could have hoped for. She went above and beyond just WONDERFUL to work with while searching for a new home.
As a first time home homebuyer, I weren't completely sure of the process and which steps I should do in which order, but Katrina helped me through it all the entire process and made sure I stayed on track. She was also extremely helpful in coordinating my closing date and all of the home inspections once I went under contract. She anticipated needs and met them all with a smile on her face and expert advice. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and the purchasing of the new home was seamless. Katrina made the process simple and easy for me to understand and I GREATLY appreciated her patience and expertise. Katrina insight was extremely valuable and I don't think I could have done this without her.

Katrina was amazing! Her knowledge of the business coupled with her thoroughness makes her the right candidate for the job, her personality is impeccable! She will work to find you what you want, and come as close to the numbers you’re looking as best she can, paperwork was a breeze, she explained everything in lame terms so you understand every steps of the way! 10/10 I would recommend to anyone!
