Kaye Floyd-Parris

Kaye Floyd-Parris is a dedicated agent who practices “Realtor Spirit” and serves her clients with superior service and dedication.

She has held many titles during her 38-year career and has served on many boards to include – The Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce, YMCA, United Way and the Pee Dee Education Foundation. She is a member of the Florence Breakfast Rotary and a 27-year Trustee for McLeod Health.

In 1992 she received the “Small Businessperson of the Year” Professional Award from the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce and in 1994 she was the recipient of the “Business Person of the Year” Award – the first woman to receive this honor.

Kaye is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) Designation, CRS and CRB. She is a Graduate of Radford University, Radford, VA and a member of St. John’s Church. She is married to Julius Parris and has 5 grandchildren.
