Kaye O'Neal

She is Kaye O'Neal, the Broker-Owner of Kaye O'Neal Connection Real Estate / Shore to Shore Realty LLC. She grew up in Agar, South Dakota. She worked much of her professional career as a Financial Director of a large, non-profit organization in Kansas that provides services to children and adults with developmental disabilities. It was a rewarding career! A move closer to home in 2007 resulted in a new career. Real estate was in her future! In 2008, her husband and she established Lewis & Clark Cabin Care, Inc. Shortly after, in 2009, they formed Shore to Shore Realty LLC.

After joining the Meridian Association of REALTORS® based in Yankton, SD, Kaye quickly became involved by serving as the 2011, 2013 & 2017 President. Currently, she represents the Local Board as a State Director for the South Dakota REALTORS®. In 2011, she became an Accredited Staging Professional Real Estate Agent. In 2017, she was honored to receive the Meridian Association of REALTORS®/REALTOR® of the Year award! She is dedicated to building relationships with real estate clients, by engaging in honest, loyal, and ethical business practices when representing buyers & sellers with their residential, building lots & commercial property purchases.
