Born + raised in Pittsburgh-this city will forever have my heart. No matter what part of the city you are from, everyone has a strong sense of community as shown by their devotion to their town + neighbors. Go from neighborhood to neighborhood where you will be able to find different communities, cultures, and niches-the diversity makes Pittsburgh so unique. Even though I’ve traveled all over the country + beyond, I’ve always made it back home to pgh. When I graduated in 2018 from Saint Francis University with my Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, I wanted to travel the world and experience new places/cultures. My adventures took me to California and then Arizona for 2.5 yrs. It was in the Arizona desert where my husband and I got married + began our lives together. However, we soon realized WE MISSED PITTSBURGH as well as all our friends + family. It wasn’t until the end of 2021 when we finally decided to make the cross-country road-trip and move back home. I have always had a passion for real estate and the ability to help others make such an important and personal decision. My background in healthcare provides me a unique lens and way of approaching clients/the real estate world—I am an expert at communicating to better understand my clients’ needs, working toward their goals, and what I can do to bridge the gap between the two. My approach as a REALTOR® to finding your home is largely inspired by my own, recent, first-time home search! I walk you through the process and break down each aspect so you know what to expect every step of the way. Just as important is the education that I provide about the current market and all the necessities to get you prepared for your first offer. With training in negotiation skills and how to win in multiple offer situations, I will make sure your offer stands apart from the rest to be able to get you your perfect home! When it comes to selling your home, you need someone you can trust to guide you throughout the process. A home holds not only value, but also a lifetime of memories. My goal is always to showcase your home in a way that prospective buyers not only see the financial value of your home, but also so they can visualize their own lasting memories and new beginning in your home. This is accomplished with exceptional marketing + advertising to the appropriate audience. When I’m not working, you will likely find my husband, son, and I walking our two dogs (Morris + Lola) around Bellevue, our neighborhood! I love all things Pittsburgh, especially outdoor/summer events, like a concert at Stage AE, or going to a Pirate’s game. Most of my weekends are spent with my husband and family completing projects at our home/investment property. I also enjoy going out to new restaurants/bars/coffee shops with friends and window shopping around Lawrenceville! This beautiful city has endless opportunities to offer to its neighbors-- I am so grateful that I get to be a part of that by guiding you through your real estate journey!
