LEADING UP TO REAL ESTATE: Kayla, a native of small-town Odebolt, Iowa, was a four-sport academic athlete before attending Simpson College, where she played collegiate golf and earned a degree in Exercise Science. Her career took an unexpected turn when she joined the automotive industry, spending nearly 12 years at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealerships in Iowa and Michigan. As Director of Finance, Kayla gained valuable experience in leadership, client relations, and strategic decision-making – skills that now drive her success in real estate.
