Raised here in the midlands Kayley Smith is a Carolina girl with southern roots. After many years of traveling Kayley discovered her true passion was real estate. Due to the military lifestyle, Kayley has resided in GA, SC, NM, CA, NC, and finally back to SC. This experience in relocation has allowed her to identify the friction points involved in buying and selling a home and truly understands a client’s position and the importance of getting it right.
