Hello, I'm Kayne Brown, a REALTOR® with Cahill Real Estate Services and a Northern Kentucky native. Having spent most of my life in this community, I take great pride in helping people achieve their real estate goals in the place I've always called home.
Before beginning my career in real estate, I dedicated more than 23 years to public service as a police officer, including 16 years as a SWAT team hostage negotiator. Those experiences taught me the value of communication, trust, patience, and strong negotiation—skills that are just as important in real estate as they are in public service. Throughout my career, I have helped people navigate high-pressure situations, make important decisions, and find solutions to complex challenges. Today, I bring that same commitment and professionalism to every client I serve.
In addition to my law enforcement background, I earned my degree in paramedicine and have served as a paramedic in both New Orleans and Northern Kentucky. Whether responding to emergencies or helping clients through a real estate transaction, my focus has always been the same: serving others with integrity, compassion, and dedication.
