So, my rating differs from what I'd have liked to give Keara since Google only allows five stars. Keara deserves 10 or more since she goes above and beyond to make her clients' dreams come true. Our process of moving to Baldwin County took time. However, Keara was there with us every step of the way. She was never letting us settle and was always ready to help. She set up virtual showings when I couldn't be there and answered all my questions about the area and homes. Her knowledge of the area, local vendors, the market, schools, and anything else I could think of was a God-sent.

Anyone who knows me understands I believe in having a team of experts around you to help guide you: a lawyer, doctor, financial planner, insurance team, and realtor. Moving to a new state means, in some parts, rebuilding that team. And we found a true MVP for the team in Keara. Her way of getting to know her clients and treating them like family is what makes her not just good but GREAT at her job. She makes sure her clients are taken care of and feel comfortable every step of the way. If you are looking for an agent and are reading this review, stop looking. I have a lot of friends and family that are real estate agents. I have never met a harder working agent than Keara Hunter. We first met a couple of years ago. I told her what I was interested in. She found pretty much exactly what I wanted and two years later in a matter of weeks sold my house and bought the new house. Closed them both the same day. She put the whole thing together and was always just a phone call or text away. I highly, HIGHLY recommend her!

Keara's drive, professionalism, and attention to detail are only a few of the excellent qualities that she brings to the table. Her willingness to go the extra mile, every step of the way, was just one of the many benefits we enjoyed in working with her.

Early on I was noticing her signs in yards in our subdivision. As time passed I began to notice, unlike other listed properties, that her signs were beginning to show "under contract" and ultimately "sold." I had a realtor in mind, but the strong evidence of her success persuaded me in her direction and to her services. I'm so glad we called her. By the time we she had it listed it seems we were under contract. And, not long after, it sold due to her excellent follow-through.

Keara and her team are AMAZING. I really mean that. My husband and I were thinking about selling our house and moving into a new one. A friend recommended Keara and we met to talk about it. She had our house listed in two days’ time! We had only one showing and those were our buyers. It was incredible. This was our first time selling a house and we really didn’t know what we were doing. We had a ton of questions and concerns throughout the process and Keara was so patient, kind, and helpful. She answered all our questions quickly and never made us feel like we were annoying her with our concerns. She walked us through the process from start to finish—I trusted her completely. On the other end, she was the same with helping us buy a new house. Once again we had concerns and were pretty picky with the new construction we were planning to buy and Keara spoke up for us when needed and made sure we were 100% happy with our purchase. We listed our house in late July and were in our new one at the beginning of September, so less than two months for the whole process. Keara moves fast!
