About Keeley

Keeley Tase of eXp Realty has represented clients in hundreds of real estate transactions during the past 30 years while living in Charlotte, NC. With her sales expertise and knowledge of both the local residential and commercial real estate, Keeley has continued to leverage her experience to exceed her client’s expectations!

Keeley started her real estate career with Shea Homes in 1995 as an office manager then as an on-site sales agent for Providence Heights, the first Shea Homes community near the Arboretum. Keeley left Shea Homes to work at the Charlotte Business Journal (CBJ) as senior business development consultant for corporate clients in real estate and finance. After 11 years she decided to leave the CBJ to get back into real estate at Cassidy Turley where she was a commercial broker.

In 2013, Keeley was recruited by Keller Williams South Park (KWSP) office as their CEO/Team Leader overseeing more than 300 new agents. In 2015 she stepped down to get back into sales and by 2017 she was the #1 top-producing agent in the KWSP office with 48 transactions and over $15 million in sales.

Keeley joined eXp Realty in 2018, attracted by its innovative business structure which focuses less on funding the brick-and-mortar model agency, and more on supporting the agents who drive its success. During her time at eXp Realty she has significantly added to the company’s growth through recruiting while continuing to be a top-producing agent in Charlotte.

When she isn't working, Keeley dedicates her time to her family, church, and community. She and her husband, Albert, reside in Waxhaw and travel to their beach house in Oak Island as much as possible. She is a member of the Elevation Church-Blakeney where she volunteers on the welcome team. Keeley is passionate about raising awareness for pancreatic cancer research and participates in the annual PurpleStride Walk in the Queen City.
