I have been licensed since 2009 in Maryland and 2019 in Pennsylvania. Prior to that, I have been and still remain in the field of Property Management where I have worked for Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development as a Property Management Officer overseeing a portfolio of Project Based/HUD apartment communities and currently with The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County as a Compliance Analyst.

I have been responsible for lease-ups of new apartment homes, overseeing LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit Units), PHA (Public Housing Authority), and Conventional/Market Rate units.

I specialize in foreclosures, bank owned, new construction, residential resale, buyers and sellers.

I obtained the following designations ARM (Accredited Residential Manager), HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional), MORS (Management Occupancy Review Specialist), CMH (Certified Manager of Housing), COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist), CFS (Certified Financial Specialist) and CVS (Certified Voucher Specialist). I sat on a board as a member at N.M Carroll Manor located in Baltimore City.

I entered into the industry with a wealth of experience and was referred to as one of Keller Williams up and coming top producing agents within the office while being a dual career agent. I always find time to consult with homeowners for the best marketing strategies to sell their home. Keenan posses and has a passion for home décor and staging. I also advise homeowners on enhancing the aesthetics of their home for a quicker and higher home sale. I have worked with many home buyers to find great homes, as well as investors to find lucrative investment opportunities and bank-owned foreclosures.
