Lani serves throughout the Northwest Valley, with keen expertise in Peoria and North Phoenix. Deeply embedded in the community she has called home for more than a decade, she has recommendations ready for anything her clients might be interested in, from financial support and custom furniture craftsmen to the best schools and hole-in-the-wall restaurants. For Lani, nothing compares to the feeling of helping clients bring the vision they have for their lives to fruition, because she has experienced that kind of joy first-hand.

Originally from Alaska, Lani grew up fascinated by her mother’s stories of selling real estate in Hawaii during the 1970’s and 80’s. When she got married, she and her family, who worked in construction, began building her first home and she fell in love with real estate. She relocated to real estate, investing in a few long- and short-term rental properties, before Lani decided to share her passion and everything she learned in the industry as an agent.

When Lani is not assisting clients with their goals, she loves reconnecting to her outdoor roots, exploring and spending time with her three children. You can usually find them riding bikes around town, off-roading in the desert, hiking and camping in Sedona and Happy Jack.
