I met Keith Chen back in 2012. Having worked with a great many real estate agents, I can honestly say that I know no one who is more dedicated, hardworking, resourceful, caring and committed to his customers' satisfaction than Keith. I cannot think of one time that Keith did not fulfill a request we had and Keith goes out of his way to nurture his relationships by often stopping by our home to see how we are doing. I love it when friendships develop out of business relationships and with Keith, that definitely has been the case and we are so fortunate to have met him. Keith sold our house in Walnut within a couple of weeks (even through the Xmas/New Year period!). From the start, Keith gave us a strong impression as being capable, and he delivered. He was up front with potential issues, agreed to the price, handled all the offers while keeping us in the loop. We were out of town through the whole offering/countering/inspections/termites tenting etc, and Keith handled everything for us. We would certainly recommend him to any potential seller.
