About Keith

A Park Cities native, fourth-generation Texan and graduate of Texas Christian University, Conlon is firmly rooted in the neighborhoods served by Allie Beth Allman & Associates. Under his visionary leadership, the company added offices in Lakewood, Southlake and Plano and has surpassed sales records each year, including an unparalleled $4 billion in 2025.

Conlon joined Allie Beth Allman & Associates in 2008 and quickly became a multimillion-dollar producer, gaining recognition for exemplary performance which led to advancement into leadership roles. He quickly ascended to Sales Manager, a position that allowed him to emphasize strategies for client service enhancements and operational efficiencies. In 2018, he rose to general manager, and in 2020, he was named president and CEO, succeeding the firm’s founder, Allie Beth Allman.

In 2026, Conlon solidified his commitment to Allie Beth Allman & Associates with an equity investment in the company with HomeServices of America, a strategic partnership that will continue to emphasize local ownership, service and legacy with emerging technologies and national prominence and reach.

A former collegiate and professional baseball player, Conlon embraces a team-first leadership philosophy to inspire the firm’s nearly 400 agents. He emphasizes long-term strategy, consistency, collaboration, skillful execution and accountability. He is deeply engaged with agents to provide entrepreneur-driven counsel, strategies and resources to empower them for superior client service and operational excellence.

Conlon also continues to serve the community in numerous ways, including as a member of the Board of the Shelton School of Dallas. In 2019, he was recognized as one of the area’s Top 20 Under 40 professionals.

Conlon lives in the Park Cities with his wife and three daughters, remaining deeply connected to the community that has shaped both his personal and professional life.
