Keith Erwin

Keith is a home showing specialist with the Duran Erwin Group, Santa Fe’s #1 team in sales in 2023 and 2024. He is a licensed realtor and a licensed commercial insurance agent that has been involved in residential and commercial real estate and real estate development since 2002. His experience includes the development of a residential gated community and the development, construction, lease-up, and successful sale of a small commercial shopping center. Keith has served as chairman of community-wide fundraising campaigns, municipal capital improvement campaigns, mayoral, city council, state house, and senate races (including his own), and campaigns relating to the strategic growth of the Fort Sill Field Artillery Base. He has served as an urban renewal commissioner and as a board member for the i2e Technology Incubator and the SWOATA Advanced Technology Association. When not showing homes, Keith enjoys visiting his adult children in California and Colorado, camping, hiking, skiing, and reading fiction.
