Keith Howard

Keith became a full-time realtor in 2016, following 25 years as a broadcast television engineer. He kept the airwaves running smoothly at KTVI, KPLR, E! and HGTV before taking the leap into real estate with his wife, Shannon.

An experienced rehabber with wide-ranging knowledge of old house systems & maintenance, Keith is a valuable resource for both buyers and sellers. He was raised in the tiny St. Louis village of Bel-Ridge and still has a soft spot for 1950s brick ranches, especially those with a rathskeller and indoor shuffleboard court.

When Keith isn’t serving as the Howard Team’s chief number cruncher & showing specialist, you’ll find him working in his vegetable garden, scouring estate sales or volunteering with the St.Charles Meals on Wheels program. He & Shannon live in unincorporated St. Charles with their sweet bully mutts, Butchy & Gertie and a 1965 Rambler station wagon.
