About Keith Lynam

Lynam is a Principal with Platinum Real Estate Professionals and is currently
President of the Nevada REALTORS® (NVR), the largest trade organization in
Nevada. In 2015, Lynam served as President of the Greater Las Vegas Association
of REALTORS® (GLVAR), which at approximately 14,000 members is one of the
largest local Associations in the country.

Lynam is one of only two REALTORS® to have served as NVR Legislative
Chairman for two sessions, 2009 and 2013. He also served as NVR REALTOR®
Political Action Committee Chairman in 2014 and 2015. Lynam will serve as
Nevada REALTORS® Political liaison to Governor Sisolak for the 2019
Legislative session.

Before becoming a REALTOR® in 2004, Lynam owned one of Nevada’s largest
independent public affairs firms running over 80 political campaigns (winning over
80%!) and directing the legislative affairs efforts of some of the largest
corporations in the West.

Being involved in political campaigns and legislative efforts for over 25 years and
in a leadership role with the largest trade association, has positioned Lynam in a
unique position for the 2019 Nevada Legislative session. Lynam will have a
leading role in shaping public policy for the real estate community and
corresponding issues within our state.

In addition to his involvement with the REALTOR® Association, Lynam has
achieved “Best New Agent”, “Rising Star”, “Leading Edge” and “Chairman’s
Circle” awards for sales excellence with one of Nevada’s largest brokerages before
becoming a Principal with Platinum RE Professionals.

Lynam was named REALTOR® of the Year in 2012, for GLVAR and inducted
into National Association of REALTORS® PAC Hall of Fame in 2015. He is
honored to be a Past Dean of Trustees for NVAR’s widely respected Leadership
Program and currently is a Senior Faculty Instructor for GLVAR and a certified
Ninja Sales Trainer.
