Keith went above and beyond to answer our questions, make us feel comfortable, and help us find the right house. We closed on our house over the holidays and Keith was always available to help with anything needed, and helped us find inspectors and contractors. Highly recommend working with him.

Keith is truly one of a kind. I might be a record- 4 years looking! I started with Keith way back in 2019 and he has stuck with me every step of the way. I initially met Keith as the listing agent for an open house I attended at the very beginning of my search- and his kind demeanor struck me right away. As a first-time home buyer, he was patient, kind, knowledgeable, responsive and very connected within the industry. And when I finally (finally!) found the right house, he helped give me the confidence I needed to take the plunge. Keith kept in mind the items that meant the most to me (and how they evolved over the time we knew each other). I never felt pressured, but rather supported as I embarked on this major life step. I always felt like he had my best interest at heart and that I could trust him 100%- from the very early stages, working through the oscillations of the market and interest rates, to finding the right home and making a competitive offer, to selecting a local lender with a speedy closing timeline, to ultimately sitting with me and making sure I understood the ins and outs at the closing table. I would full-heartedly recommend Keith- particularly to those new to the homebuying process.

Keith came recommended to me by a close friend when she found out I was searching for a new home. I could not be more grateful for the introduction. As a first-time home buyer, I was woefully unprepared for the process involved in searching for that perfect house. Keith went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he guide me in the intricacies involved in finding a home, a lender, and the closing process, but he stuck with me over the course of a year when interest rates began to rapidly rise and I was forced to delay my search by six months. I'm so fortunate that Keith was there to make my first buying experience an enjoyable one. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a new house, whether it's their first or forever home.

Keith exceeded every expectation we had. My husband and I had checked out a few other real estate groups when we first knew we'd be moving to the area, and it was obvious that Keith was the most knowledgeable. We were not local, and he went above and beyond to make sure we found a place we love. He took the time to get to know what we were looking for in a home, virtually toured us through a bunch of places, and was phenomenal in coordinating with other realtors, our title company, and our mortgage group. We could not have been happier and will recommend him to everyone we know!

My experience working with Keith was the best. He and his company provided a very boutique-like experience and really made me feel important as a customer. INCREDIBLE attention to detail. I received the company’s annual gift basket (beautifully done!!) and even presented with a bottle of champagne and glasses upon closing. My home buying journey took a long 5 months but Keith was nothing but patient throughout. He was always available to answer my calls and he always explained things to me in detail. What I liked most about working with him though was that he was honest and genuine. I knew he had my back and that gave me a lot of comfort when signing contracts and documents I didn’t fully understand. He was a stand-up realtor and a pleasure to work with. I also must add I scored the most incredible deal with the notoriously undesirable VA loan during the peak of market insanity and I owe that fortune to Keith!

Working with Keith and The Stokes Group made our buying experience fantastic. It is a hectic market at the moment - and Keith guided us along perfectly. We would recommend Keith to anyone, and we will absolutely use him again in the future when we need a realtor. Keith is literally the best agent my husband and I have worked with. Between the two of us, we've bought/sold 7 properties. We wish we had met Keith a long time ago so that we could've worked with him on those real estate deals over the years!

Keith is amazing. We purchased our home at the height of the summer 2021 housing insanity, from another state, while managing a newborn and a job change. Keith was remarkable every step of the way - from organizing marathon showing days, helping us think through competitive offers, navigating seemingly endless closing hurdles, he did it all. I cannot imagine what this process would have been like without his tremendous professionalism and responsiveness. The day we closed I was excited for our new home but also sad that we wouldn’t be talking to Keith everyday. I would recommend him to anyone considering buying a home.

Bottom Line Up Front, choose Keith. The reviews and articles that are written about him stand alone and speak for themselves. He was professional, responsive, patient, and incredibly informative throughout the process.

The area I was looking at was not very close to DC and Keith would drive 2-hours round trip on almost a weekly basis for us to look at houses. His confidence and knowledge definitely helped calm my nerves as a first time home owner in this crazy market.

My personal self-assessment is generally, “would I recommend this person to my mother?”, and with Keith it would for sure be a yes. You’d be doing yourself a favor by letting Keith help you find your home.

Keith was fantastic! While he is primarily a buy/sell realtor, he helped me with renting our condo and was very flexible when it came to providing only the services we needed (due to some unforeseen developments). Though it probably wasn’t worth his time, he vetted our tenants, coordinated the lease signing, and facilitated photos of our unit. I greatly appreciated his help even though it wasn’t part of their standard business. I will certainly look to Keith for future business. He was very responsive, super kind and understanding, and clearly has a great network of contacts. And he recommended some good TV series! :)

I had the pleasure to work with Keith after he was referred by my relocation company. I recently moved back to DC after a few years away and didn't know what to expect about the market these days. Keith contacted me right away and asked for my requirements. I thought I was being reasonable in my requests, however Keith's knowledge quickly made me realize I was way out of reach. With that being said, within a day or two of our first contact he sent listings and set up a day to check out what he felt will still satisfy my needs. He did not disappoint! Keith is an easy going guy that will show you plus and minuses of neighborhoods and features of a home you wouldn't think about. We had 6 listings in a day and by the 4th I knew Keith had found exactly what I was looking for. Papers signed that day. Keith's communication over the next couple of days get the deal done was top notch. Highly, highly recommend.

Where do I start about Keith?! He is amazing! First, he is very well organized and responsive and definitely on our side and extremely thoughtful about the strategy we needed to succeed. We felt like we were very important clients to him and that he spent a huge amount of time and effort helping us. He made looking at houses fun and informative and really took us seriously about what we said we wanted and didn’t want. My partner is particularly picky and opinionated, and Keith seemed to really appreciate that, which was so nice! He helped us sort through so many needs, and he took us to many options in a variety of areas and zip codes so that when we found a really special house we could confidently commit without hesitation. No complaining, no pressure, so happy to help us! When he found us our dream home, he made the difference between us getting it and not. I’m telling you, if we had gone with someone else, we would very likely have not been able to land our dream home. Keith took on all the anxiety for us in dealing with the seller’s agents and in strategizing the inspection repairs we wanted during closing, and we got everything we asked for and more. We ended up with this place that was within our price range but a true dream house and refuge. It’s truly been a major quality of life improvement and all happened during a pandemic and my first pregnancy. He’s also been very helpful since we purchased with helping us find workmen for a few small things we wanted to update. I will never use another agent if we ever buy another house!
