Patricia and I have been married for 7 years and right away, we knew we wanted to do something to help others and together. We looked at several different ideas and Real Estate kept being the number one thing we could do to help others and do together. I am originally from Iowa and grew up on a farm where I learned from great parents the value of hard work and integrity. The Florida market is quite challenging. As an out-of-town buyer, we had a limited amount of time to look, and had to stick to a tight budget. Keith & Patricia were an amazing team to find us exactly what we wanted and within our budget. They went several steps further in helping us set up the utilities, insurance, and other vendors we need as an out-of-town owner. We had an uneventful close and are so happy with our new Florida home. If you're buying or selling a home, you can't go wrong with Keith & Patricia with Gulf Shores.
