From the first time I met Keith, I knew I could trust him to sell my dads house. My dad passed away. Keith was caring and confident he could get my dads home sold to another family who would love it as much as we did. He took his time looking over the entire house. He was quick to point out problem areas that would surface during the selling process. He was 100% correct. He did his homework when he priced the home. It sold for exactly what he said it would. Keith wasn’t a high pitch salesman. He only contacted me when necessary. He is pretty easy going and my experience was just perfect. Best͏ Realtor Experience
When we visited Orofino in May 2021, we met Holly while out socializing with the community, she introduced herself to us and gave us her business card. A year later we made the decision to move to Orofino and found her card amongst a drawer full of miscellaneous things. We showed up at her office and hired her to look for just the right place for us. She listened to our desires and set out to find that perfect place. She did just that! We love our little place and her persistence in finding it for us. Holly never gives up looking for just the right place. Great real estate agent
Keith did a great job for us. When I initially called him our house was full of our stuff and not ready to sell. Keith came in and gave us an idea of what he thought it could sell for. I was very sick with cancer and Keith was patient with us during this time. He was not pushy or impatient at all. Once our house was empty and repairs were done, Keith came in and let us know our house was worth more than we thought. He got it on the market quickly. Due to the age and size of our house it didn't sell right away. Keith stayed in contact with me while we waited for the right buyer to come along. Keith advertised on the internet, through the mail, in the newspaper, and by word of mouth. He did a great job and found the perfect buyers for our house! I highly recommend Keith Nichols and the whole team at the real estators! They did a great job for us! Thank you!
