Really appreciated his assistance to close my new townhouse. Did not feel pressured, was provided with several options and recommendations. Have lately dealt with realtors that talk in circles and are most interested in making the sale than really talking with me about what could be best. Once it is time to pull the trigger, I'll definitely be contacting
