Real Estate has always been appealing to me, and being the family business for over 44 years, it seemed almost natural that I take part. However, the appeal is much more than a familial obligation. Real estate provides me the opportunity to help people acquire what is often the largest asset in their lives. The purchase of a home involves much more than finding a home, liking it and buying it. In today's market, real estate professionals must be more of a counselor in the home buying/selling arena.Home buyers/sellers must consider financing alternatives, the structure and the function of the home and it's systems, environmental and local market effects on the home, as well as investment and legal issues. Therefore, by utilizing my experience and education, I am able to provide much more than a traditional Realtor.
