Keith Stallone was an amazing realtor for our home purchase in South Philly. I honestly could not imagine a better realtor. He began helping us when we were out of state. The second I landed back in Philly he had lists and maps ready to go. Keith was always responsive, informed, passionate, and a genuine great person. He knows a ton about houses and what to look for. Keith's knowledge of appliances, plumbing, and all components of a house helped us to rule out many options and make an informed decision when buying. He was incredibly fast with offers and fought to get us the best house for the best price! I had many friends buy houses in Philly and others had bad experiences. Anyone I know who worked with Keith is so glad they did. He also knows good workmen he could recommend and even helps with mortgage. After our purchase we have stayed in touch and Keith even donated to our local charity. He is a great realtor and an amazing person in the community!

Keith is the best in the biz, hands down. Between buying and selling multi-units, this is my fourth deal with him. I wouldn't trust anyone else in the Philly area to handle these deals. He'll fight for every penny and even surprise himself along the way! He's not pushy, he's super patient, and he understands your needs enough to find exactly what you're looking for. He's extremely trustworthy, follows through on his word, and his professionalism is unmatched. I've referred him to at least two others who have also happily purchased with him and are forever thankful for the recommendation. I'll never use another agent as long as I'm in the business!

Keith was very professional, responsive, and very active even with restrictions during the pandemic. He was able to find a variety of houses and properties until we found the perfect fit. He helped walk me through and ease my mind of any problems that might come up or occur while being a first time home buyer. I have worked with Keith twice -- buying my first home a few years ago, and then selling that home and buying another. Keith is very knowledgeable about the market and what to look for when viewing houses (including what to look for in structure and mechanicals of the house). He definitely goes the extra mile for his clients. Everything from responding promptly to questions to crawling around in a dirt floor crawl space to make sure post-inspection work was completed. He is a pleasure to work with for both selling and buying houses. I would recommend Keith to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Keith was referred to us by a friend of ours, In simple words, he is AMAZING!
The first thing we liked about Keith was his pro-activeness. We were by all means the typical Paranoid first time home buyers and had a lot of doubts/ questions at random hours of the day. Keith went above and beyond to answer us promptly even at the craziest hours of the day/nights.

Making our very first offer on the home we’ve always dreamed of owning was very nerve wracking. Keith’s communication throughout the entire process was very reassuring! He was sure to email us every 10 min with updates and explanations. Keith called us with the great news on our acceptance!
That’s when the questions and concerns came rolling in! Keith was so patient with us, and very informative. No questions of ours were unanswered or to silly for him, he went above and beyond to make sure we had a better understanding.

Closing for our family, with 2 kids seemed like it was going to be a process that would be impossible to complete due to time sensitive obligations. Keith basically did half of the work for us!

Closing day arrived with the blink of an eye, thank goodness for Keith he made our lives so much easier by sitting with both of our kids and colored with them! letting us finish up signing our documents in peace! Making the process as easy as he did made our purchase of our forever home so smooth!

All in all very transparent, knowledgeable, patient, a joy, and easy to work with. The home buying purchase was a breeze with Keith on our side!

We couldn’t thank him enough!

Keith was hands down one of the most professional and competent people I have worked with in my career. He helped me buy my first home in a city that I wasn't too familiar with and even though I wasn't very knowledgeable about the city and the process, Keith made the entire process very smooth and effortless for me. I also found that he was extremely knowledgeable about how the housing market was changing, had many good insights and suggestions based on my budget. Keith helped my wife and I buy a house through a builder that offered full customization options, so Keith did *so* much more than just help us look for and buy a home. He offered advice on shower doors, connected us with people who build closets, steered us away from bad design decisions, and negotiated with contractors to get us the best tile prices. With Keith, we felt that we couldn't make bad decisions, because we knew he'd be there to help correct them or to help us fix them. He's not just helping us buy a house, he's helping us build a home and design our life. He's not just a realtor, he's an advocate for buyers.

Keith is a knowledgeable professional, a dedicated communicator (fielding calls and texts when we needed him), he held the builders to their promises, and above all fought and advocated for us as first time buyers.
