Kellan Lindley

Kellan Lindley is a lifelong resident of Southern Orange County specializing in luxury residential properties. With commitment to personal service in mind, Kellan will work hard to make the buying and selling of properites a smooth transaction for his clients.

Born in Newport Beach, Kellan grew up in Laguna Beach, where he is a fourth generation resident and proud representative of Laguna's unique history and Southern California beach culture. A graduate of Laguna Beach High School, and the nearby University of California, Irvine, with a degree in Urban Studies, he is glad to have studied locally and gone through the educational system in Orange County. After graduating college, Kellan decided that being in service of others in the form of a Realtor was his professional calling. In addition to Real Estate, Kellan works as a hiking guide for The Pearl Laguna, an exclusive yoga and meditation retreat center in Laguna Canyon, taking high profile clientele on long distance hikes through Laguna Beach's unique coastal wilderness parks.

Kellan has extensive knowledge of Laguna Beach and the surrounding communities that only a local of 24+ years can know. His understanding of Laguna and it's surrounding beach towns gives him a strong advantage over other agents in the area. His goal is to deliver the highest quality service to his clients with shorter days on the market and higher sales prices. Kellan has access to and collaborates with Berkshire Hathaway's global network and local connections to reach the largest pool of potential buyers or sellers possible.
