Kellee was responsive to our sale before she even had the contract. She was able to research our permits at the County office prior to us giving her the green light. That sold us! There were some issues with the house that I wasn't sure about, and each and every time I consulted her about the issues, she had a solution. Whether that was a trusted professional contractor that she referred, or knowledge about the market and our individual situation, she was there for us every step of the way. The͏ company name really says it all!! Our expectations were through the roof as soon as we were introduced to Kellee and her team. The sale of our property wasn’t going to be as easy as creating the listing and looking for a buyer. Our property had been a rental for more than 10 years and there was much more that needed to be accomplished in order to maximize our sale potential. Kellee and her team consistently delivered quality results throughout a two month evolution just to prep our property to be listed. My husband and I are very thankful that we made the decision to hire Kellee Malone as our Selling Agent! Kellee's extensive and lengthy knowledge and experience in the local market earned her the job. We were first time home sellers and her guidance in the whole process was right on point! Kellee is professional and relatable! Her support staff are equally highly competent! We went into a contract very quickly and secured a final above list offer with A+ buyers. Kellee responded quickly to our questions and with the buyer's agent. Required documents were provided and completed in a timely fashion. It was an emotional sell for us since it was the only home we owned for over 27 years and Kellee's confidence and professionalism provided a sense of faith during the entire journey!

If you are looking for a positive experience and amazing service, give Kellee a call! She was my realtor for selling my home in Norco. She was truly professional, personable and went above and beyond my expectations. She priced the home perfectly and we received offers right away and got more than we expected. Her virtual tour and pictures were top of the line and really helped the sale. Kellee is very responsive and I always felt in the loop with each step of the process and she instinctively took control of little snags along the way. I moved out of state and am having a house built and wish Kellee was representing me up here. She is amazing.

I have had the pleasure to work with Kellee Malone during the selling of my home. I received excellent consultation regarding the market at the time of listing and set the price with Kellee's advice and input. From the day of listing to an assertive marketing strategy, to the best video/photography of my home (seriously almost reconsidered after seeing how beautifully photographed and staged she had it!)... less than 14 days on the market before receiving an at asking price offer. She wasn't done! She insisted she attended home inspection and most importantly, when I called , she responded... and not with just something I wanted to hear, but the truth.
