Kelley made this the best home buying experience we have ever had… and will ever have. My wife and I were moving from out of state on military orders and she was relentless on helping us find the right neighborhood, size of home and all the must haves we could dream of. And not to mention she got us a home!!! The market for Ponte Vedra was extreme at the time we were looking and she fought for us to get what we wanted. Never be did we think a real estate agent could/would work so hard for their client while buying from out of state, sight unseen. The seller accepted our offer and after the inspection the home had a few issues. Kelley went above and beyond to help get quality contractors, push work orders through the HOA and have the house tip-top all while keeping the closing on time. Truly the best agent and experience we could have ever asked for.

Without a doubt, you will be very happy working with Kelley and her team!!! What a great person and agent.

My wife and I had been looking for a new house with a different realtor for about 6 months with no luck. Many of the homes we never even got a chance to see before they were snapped up. A co-worker of mine, who worked with Kelley previously, knew we were having difficulty and put us in contact with Kelley. Our luck had changed almost overnight. We did several showings over the course of a month or so. Many of the homes Kelley was able to ensure we were first ones to view. In arguably the tightest housing market in history, Kelley found us our dream home and had seller agree to contract (and cancel all remaining showings) first day on market. Kelley also handled the sale of our old home in jax beach. When I say handled I mean multiple offer situation after one open house. Kelley made the whole process super clean and easy. We were able to tailor closing dates to ensure smooth move. I can’t imagine working with anyone else in the future and in all honesty Kelley did such a good job for us I doubt we’ll need her services again.

Kelley is the gold standard of how a realtor takes care of business. We gave her a move out price and she got it, plus some. Multiple offers in just a few days. Any issue that arose prior to closing, she handled expeditiously and successfully.

My family and I were looking to purchase an investment property in Ponte Vedra for us to use as a family as well as rental. While we are originally from the area, we were completely new to the rental market here and Kelley's expertise made all the difference. She educated us on all the neighborhoods, rental values, potential equity and even put us in touch with qualified contractors to help with renovations. She went above and beyond and ended up finding us an off market listing, found the seller a new home to purchase and got us to the closing table. Wow! That is the word that comes to mind when dealing with Kelley. I had been using another local realtor and missed out on 4 full price/over ask offers in Sarasota. Someone said I needed to switch realtors and Kelley came highly recommend through some close friends, even though she is in Ponte Vedra. I was hesitant to use someone from outside Sarasota. From start to finish she was amazing and made a huge difference. After we made the switch, Kelley found us a perfect family home and helped our contract get selected by the sellers in a multiple offer situation.
