Kelley Stellar

Kelley Stellar is one of Calaveras County’s most trusted and top-selling brokers, counting numerous distinguished business and community leaders among her clients. Originally from Orange County, Kelley has been visiting Arnold since the mid-eighties where she learned to ski at Bear Valley. Kelley, her husband Buck, and young son Sean moved to Arnold in 1999 after living in Mexico and owning a successful charter fishing company for 12 years. They were the first Americans to start a corporation in Mexico without a local partner. Both Kelley and Buck decided they wanted to raise their son Sean in an environment where he could experience the beauty and nature of the mountains. Sean was raised through the local school system, graduated from Bret Harte High School, and has since graduated from San Jose State University.

Kelley started her real estate career in 1999 and came to Cedar Creek Realty in 2005, eventually purchasing the business in 2014 with partner Beth Parker. She has worked with individuals, investors, and developers of the county’s most coveted properties—with a particular focus on the Highway 4 Corridor. Kelley took on the additional challenge of developing the Cedar Creek Realty Vacation Rental Program from 8 cabins to over 100, currently the county’s largest vacation rental program – an endeavor that proves she can please owners, cater to vacationers, list, sell, and rent cabins with a smile.

Realizing that she had a love for customer service, Kelley knew she would be in the real estate industry for many years to come. One of her favorite things is helping others find their own piece of paradise, which in turn makes their dreams come true! With over 20 years’ experience, she knows more about the local area than most.

Kelley believes good communication is instrumental in being a successful real estate broker. She listens to every one of her clients’ wants and needs and is committed to being efficient in all aspects of her real estate transactions. Her negotiating skills and attention to detail keep her clients coming back to work with her repeatedly.

When Kelley is not busy working, you may find her at CrossFit, skiing, golfing, hiking, wine tasting or seeing many of the local bands around town. Kelley truly loves the outdoors and living an active lifestyle!
