Over the past 4 years, Kelli has helped me buy and sell 3 different homes. She knows the market, was able to price my homes competitively and helped me purchase homes in a very competitive market. She also provided sound advice as to why a home I was interested in might not be a good investment - pulling old flood maps in the process. She helped me find a stager who made my house look great as well as contractors to work on the house - both before I sold one house and when I bought another. She has consistently been professional and gracious. She is a strong advocate and a lovely person to work with.

Responsive, professional, and knowledgeable truly define Kelli and Scott. In this record real estate market in San Diego, we were worried about not being competitive enough when compared to other buyers. They made us feel at ease and were very transparent throughout the entire homebuying process. Kelli was recommended to us by a friend and she didn't disappoint. In fact, she killed it for us in a market that is completely bonkers (April 2021)! She was always available for questions and willing to show any property we were interested in, even on a rainy Saturday night at 6pm. She was an understanding and patient liaison for us when things went sideways, and ultimately helped us pull it off despite some unexpected setbacks. She is knowledgeable, punctual and generally a pleasure to work with. We're in a beautiful home and feel thankful everyday that we worked with Kelli!

Kelli helped us buy our dream home in June 2020. She was attentive, proactive, knowledgeable, and patient. She proactively found us homes that were not yet listed or would send us listings immediately after they were posted. She always booked viewings immediately and was patient as we looked for just the right house. She was helpful during the negotiating process. She knew what we needed to be competitive in a hot housing market but was never pushy.

On top of being incredibly professional, she was also attentive to the emotional side of home buying - which I really needed and appreciated. We are so grateful for Kelli and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!

Kelli was our realtor when purchasing our new home in North County San Diego. My husband and I bought our first home last year - the California housing market is incredibly competitive and Kelli helped us every step of the way. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and hardworking, she helps take away some of the stress of the home buying process. My husband and I connected with Kelli to help us with our home search in San Diego. We were deciding between moving to Southern California or staying in Northern California and shared this with Kelli. She knew full well that there was a chance we would not move to San Diego though this never changed the way she treated or worked with us.

Kelli represented us just as she would with any of her SD based clients and displayed incredible dedication to helping find the right home for us. I can honestly stay working with Kelli was one of the best experiences we have ever had. She is incredibly kind, genuine, warm, supportive and honest. Recently I approached Kelli with a desire to sell my condo and simultaneously purchase a new home. I had very specific requirements and did not want to move away from my neighborhood that I'd grown attached to. Although there were no homes available in said neighborhood, Kelli's tenacity and persistence paid off when she found a seller off market and put together an offer. She did not let the lack of inventory stop her and was creative in her approach. Not only did she find a seller, she also found a buyer for my condo and made both transactions happen on a very tight timeline (less than 30 days). I cannot adequately describe the competence, acumen, poise and overall skillfulness that Kelli possesses. It was no easy feat. Kelli gained the respect and trust of all parties (buyers and sellers) and handled everything with grace, optimism and tranquility . Her main objective is to make her clients happy and her actions aligned with this mentality from start to finish. She made herself available and went the extra mile to see it through.
