After being a stay-home mom and civilian employee BK (Before Kids), I got my real estate license in 2004, became an Associate Broker in 2008, and then a licensed Real Estate Instructor in 2016. The days of high inventory, short sales & foreclosures, low inventory, seller markets, and buyer markets have taught me so much about real estate, client care, negotiations, and the buying/selling process. I am only licensed in Virginia because it is big enough for me to serve my clients and small enough to keep me serving my clients well. I am not a 'neighborhood specialist', though I am well versed in a variety of communities, cities, and neighborhoods; Northern Virginia is just too big to limit my services to a single neighborhood or area. Instead, I bring knowledge, experience, and skills that have developed across a wide range of transactions, clients, locations, colleagues, and professional relationships to better serve my clients. My team consists of myself and my unlicensed daughters and I enjoy the personal relationship I develop with my clients. My daughters bring expertise that is invaluable to my clients' needs and my effectiveness as your Realtor. Speaking of clients' needs, I enjoy working with first time buyers, first time sellers, repeat clients, investors, seniors, families, single parents, singles, divorcing (couples) buyers/sellers, estates, and anyone else who wants my real estate services.
