Kellie did a wonderful job guiding us through the steps to selling our first home. As first-time home sellers, we had never been on this side before. She walked through our home with us and helped us identify some small projects we could do to help increase our opportunities for getting the best price.

She also gave us a plan for prepping the house for staging. She spent multiple days with us, helping us stage the home and provided staging items we were missing. She has a knack for interior decorating and helped us decorate the home in the best way for showings and photos.

Kellie has decades of experience as a realtor, and although the market was going through significant changes at the time of our listing, she came up with some creative ideas for helping us close on our home. We appreciated her insight, and she was a pleasure to work with!

I would like to take a moment and explain what a wonderful agent Kellie is. We moved here to Washington from out of state last year, and had no idea that the housing market was as hot as it is. Months went by, and we were unable to be the winning offer on a house in the neighborhood we wanted. We looked at house after house, and became discouraged, and heavily disappointed, and gave up on our dream of living there. Even though we had given up on our dream, Kellie never did. She pressed on, and never quit trying to help us not only live in the city we wanted, but focusing on the neighborhood we originally fell in love with. It is truly because of her dedication and hard work that we live exactly where we want to be! Our house and yard completely fit our family's needs. We are forever grateful for Kellie for making it all happen, as she went above and beyond what we had ever expected an agent to do.

In a tough market like this there is no substitute for the most experienced and knowledgeable realtor. I was fortunate to have Kellie list my old home, and be involved in the purchase of my new home. Through the whole process, Kellie helped with every detail. She went above and beyond by suggesting some landscape cleanup, hiring, and even sharing the cost of the yard cleanup.

My old home was a fixer-upper in Mirrormont. Kellie made vision boards and placed them in the corresponding rooms during open house so interested viewers could easily see the home's potential. She told me what I could do to make my property more appealing, and what to leave well enough alone. I felt completely at ease and confident that my home would get the best possible price. In less than a week I accepted the best offer.

Kellie and Mick knew I wanted to stay in Mirrormont, so Mick showed me a home that had just been listed by Kellie and I fell in love with it. Mick told me what to offer to be competitive. I am thrilled with my new home.

I followed her recommendations, and with her local contacts and resources, the house was ready very quickly. Her staging talents are amazing. We found our Hawaii dream home unexpectedly while on vacation, and made an offer before it was ever listed; therefore, when we returned home we had less than 90 days to fix up our current home, list it, and close.

We originally considered selling our house ourselves. We absolutely made the right decision to hire Kellie instead. She is multi talented, knowledgeable, well-connected, thorough, and kind. With a schedule that she created and key milestones she identified, we were able sell our house for a fabulous price in time for closing on our new Hawaii home. She gave us great advice on a pricing strategy that attracted the right people. She patiently walked us through the myriad of paperwork involved in real estate transactions and was able to explain many of the nuances that we would have missed had we tried to sell our home ourselves. Having an excellent eye for design and a keen sense of the market, Kellie helped us decide how to remodel our house, prioritizing what potential buyers would want, and to find solid, affordable contractors from the extensive network she's developed. She also staged our house beautifully for the photo shoot and open house.

In addition to the above, she was our powerful advocate in the negotiations, very protective of the priorities we had identified, as well as some items we'd only mentioned in passing. This is something truly notable: Kellie really listens; you only need to say things once. It is such an important attribute when working in a complex, stressful, fast-paced environment. Throughout the entire process Kellie was calm, upbeat, and fun to work with.

If you want to sell your home, take my advice and hire Kellie. And then take whatever advice she has to offer. You will be very satisfied with the results.

Kelly is wonderful we had sticky situation selling my father in laws home who had passed not long before our meeting. It was hard on my husband who was emotional and Kelly helped him in many ways. From making the decision when a good time is to sell is to how to prepare the home and property. She did so very gingerly due to the emotional ties involved. She had lots of grest suggestions and held our hands through out the entire process,It was a very long process and she never once pushed him in any way more than he needed. The entire experience was positive, professional and friendly. We sold it on day 4 of it being on the market with a bidding war finally ending at midnight. We were kept informed every step of the way and were made aware of every offer that came in. We ended up selling for a lot more than the asking price. If we ever have to sell a home again in Washington Kelly is the only person we would have represent us. She even helped us when we were looking for our new home in another state.. Thank you Kelly for helping us through both processes you made it an enjoyable experience and we will miss you.

We originally came to her with a very specific wish list, and she not only identified the perfect house but went above and beyond by helping with information and ideas to remodel the home after we had purchased it. She has a great eye for the true potential of a home and property and this helped immensely. Kellie Batali is the premier agent in Tiger Mountain/Issaquah area! Kellie recently acted as our buyer's agent in this area. As we were new to the area, Kellie held our hands through our home buying adventure from start to finish, any time of the day. Through her years of experience, she knows the local pulse well and provided sound advice on the buying process and more importantly the area and local nuances of the market.
Kellie was also dedicated to the process. When we had a septic issue at the 11th hour, to our surprise, we discovered that she had also previously studied septic design to support her career.
