Kellie is a fantastic realtor. She recently helped my family relocate my in-laws to GA and purchase a home in Lawrenceville. Kellie and her team were always very helpful, responsive, and warm through the whole process. Her negotiation skills were superb, and she was able to walk us through the process in a very smooth fashion. This is the second time that our family has used Kellie’s services to help us purchase a home (and sell one too), and each time the whole process was very smooth and professional. Kellie is an awesome agent to work with. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from the time she came by for us to interview through the closing process. She gave us several good fix up and staging tips, scheduled open houses (even coordinating with realtors who had other properties in the neighborhood to have open houses on the same day to drive more traffic), was diligent about following up and getting feedback from showings, and worked closely with us through the offer, inspection, closing. Thanks to her hard work and thorough follow up, we had a contract on the house in just a couple months.

She was equally great on the purchase end, showing us numerous properties, always being available to show when we had time in our schedules, guiding us through each property, pointing out the attributes of each and ultimately helping us locate and purchase the perfect home.

We have recommended her to friends, and if in the future we decide to sell, Kellie will be the one we call to get it done!

She explained the entire process, helped us determine the sweet spot for our pricing strategy based on all the data available (We sold for more than we thought we would get) and took care of all the little details that popped up that drive a homeowner mad when you are trying to sell. Kellie is absolutely my gold standard for real estate! In the last 6 months of 2018, I sold two properties and purchased one. I used a total of 4 realtors over those sales/purchase and can say without hesitation that Kellie is heads and shoulders above the rest. She met my husband and I the day after I called her, brought with her an arm full of comps, was knowledgeable of our neighborhood and our house before she walked into it. Kellie was recommended to me by a friend, and she exceeded my already high expectations. Kellie was incredibly responsive and professional throughout the process, despite some shenanigans with another realtor. Kellie made my husband and I feel as if we were always at the top of her priority list even though she was juggling multiple properties and her child's sports tournament at the time. She was incredibly responsive to our preferences- even when they changed. My husband was juggling some things for work and could not be as engaged as he was needed for handling the scheduling app, so at our request, Kellie changed the settings so that I would be the sole person in charge of scheduling. She explained everything to us and offered strategies that enabled us to receive the return we had hoped for in our sale. Kellie was the strong advocate I had hoped for in my previous sale and did not receive. She is worth her weight in gold several times over. Gracious, professional, and seems to never lose her head, Kellie Mattson is the realtor you want to have. If you reside in the Parkview district, there is simply no one better with which to list. My only complaint is that I could not have used her as a listing agent for the other property- it was out of her area. However, I understand that her keenly targeted listing area is why she knows the real estate in this area so well. From beginning to end, Kellie made our process seamless in a fairly hectic season in my life. I cannot recommend Kellie more highly and can only say I hope she one day decides to expand her listing area so that I can sell another house with her help.

Kellie and Crissy are both absolutely fantastic real estate professionals. My husband and I worked with Crissy first to locate a new home to fit our changing family circumstances. Crissy was very patient as we looked at various homes that didn't quite meet our needs, until we finally found the one that did. She was proactive, responsive, and always kept us informed.
