Kellie is amazing. She is so helpful, upfront , honest and resourceful. We had to move quickly (3 month time frame) and she walked us through every step of every process and made sure that I understood everything. Even though we only knew each other for short time she could tell if I wasn't thrilled with something or what I was happy with. I will recommend her to anyone I know.

Kellie was fantastic! We needed our home on the market quickly, and to add to the difficulty we were out of state! Kellie stepped up to the challenge, manage the contracts, got pictures and had it on the market in a few days. She is very responsive and has great communication skills. She found us an offer within 5 days! If you need your home sold and are in the process of choosing a realtor, do yourself a favor and give kellie a call!

What can one say about our realtor Kellie Wilkinson? Were referred to Kellie by our lender and what a recommendation they made! She knows houses and she works tirelessly for her clients! She understands the important aspects of what makes a good home. This is a little mentioned aspect of a good realtor, she has the best inspectors who work with her. She knows who to use and who to not use and has built quality relationships with honest people. I highly recommend Kellie for anyone, from first time home buyers to seasoned property investors. My son luckily chose Kelli as his real estate agent. I have worked in real estate for over 30 years and have seen the best of the best and the worst of the worst when it comes to real estate agents. However, I live in South Florida. My son purchased his home in Columbia Maryland And Kelli was able to walk him through every aspect of the closing. She was proactive and able to resolve problems before they became problems. She was also able to find a title company who professionally handles the escrows & closing & was willing to write the mortgage exactly the way we wanted it done.
