Kelly bought her first house when she was twenty-four, quickly realizing that homeownership is a solid vehicle to build wealth. A few years later she purchased another house in a terrific neighborhood and has been in this one for 25 years, raising our two children.
Kelly’s motto: “Your home; My purpose.”
This is her North Star whether she represents you as a buyer or a seller. It has always been about doing what is right for her clients, and that sometimes means counseling them that buying, or selling is not the right thing currently.
Kelly works with new to the area buyers, first time home buyers, move up buyers, new construction buyers, and investors alongside with sellers who are downsizing, leaving the area, or settling an estate. Both sides have unique requirements, and she enjoys working with them both and every situation is different and has its own merits. She will provide customized guidance, counseling, referrals, detailed follow-up, and provide continuity for you through the entire process.
Kelly grew up on the Eastside of Seattle which gives her a seasoned perspective on all the neighborhoods and what they have to offer to help clients find their “place in the world.”
