Kelly was born and raised in the New London-Spicer area and then went on to Mankato State University where he earned his degree in Elementary Education. Kelly continued his teaching career in Woodbury, MN for 8 years before returning to New London-Spicer to begin his real estate career.

Kelly received his real estate Salesperson’s license in 2007 and his Broker’s license in 2010.
