Kelly Broddus is an amazing realtor, it is no wonder that she is a top realtor in Flagstaff. From the moment we started our process; to the after care purchase of our home, Kelly was there with us every step of the way. She made sure to help us find our dream home and get it for a good price. Kelly never made it seem like we shouldn’t go for something or ask for something to make our dreams come true. Our home buying experience had it’s challenges along the way with moving to another city, however Kelly really helped us stay focused and grounded towards achieving our goal. Kelly is the utmost professional, knowledgeable, talented, supportive, generous, and kindest realtor we have ever experienced. When we did get our home, she gifted us the kitchen table and chairs we really wanted in the house, along with other gifts of comfort and joy, to celebrate our welcome to Flagstaff in our dream home. Kelly is by far one of the best realtors we’ve ever used. She goes above and beyond to get you the house you have your heart set on. She’s quick to understand your needs and even quicker to then make sure you are aware of all homes in the neighborhood that went up for sale that might interest you!

She’s always there when you have a question and her extensive knowledge of the area helped us buy the house of our dreams even after getting into a bidding “war”.

Kelly knew EXACTLY how to handle the situation and guided us to win the bid. It was a win-win for us and the owner and with the least amount of stress possible.

I am an agent in Utah and know how to tell a good one. It was my great luck to stumble across Kelly (Zillow referral). She is absolutely the best for 1. patience with our research and market education (from out of town) 2 market knowledge 3. understanding our priorities, 4 responsiveness with a real time video walkthru of the property we found, 5 thorough follow up with all details of offer, due diligence, negotiations, seller disclosures, etc. 6 despite many ongoing deals, she always dropped everything to instantly respond to our requests. My wife and I would like to commend Kelly Broaddus and her team for the consummate professionalism they displayed throughout the entire process of what is arguably one of the most stressful experiences an adult consumer can experience, buying a home. Add to that the additional challenge of working with an out - of - state buyer and you get a potential nightmare. This was my first time selling a home, and Kelly made the process incredibly painless. It was a bit miraculous, really, because we wanted to list our house as a turn-key vacation rental, with the listing, furniture, and everything. Within a week, Kelly had magically found us a buyer who was looking for exactly what we were selling. They made an offer at our asking price, and the whole process was smooth sailing from start to finish. Kelly is a true professional, and a kind and resourceful agent. I recommend her to everyone I know, and hope to someday to business with her again!

We moved cross-country from the East Coast to purchase a home in Flagstaff, and I am SO glad we chose Kelly as our realtor. We selected her based on several Zillow reviews mentioning her expertise in helping with long-distance purchases - they were spot on. We were able to fly to Flagstaff for only one weekend a month ahead of our move to look at homes, and Kelly dedicated almost an entire Saturday to showing us at least a dozen homes, most of which were excellent fits for our budget/size/location needs. After we got an offer accepted on our top choice, Kelly (seemingly) effortlessly handled all the on-location inspection logistics while keeping us fully informed 2000+ miles away. Her negotiation skills were outstanding, and we were able to get everything we wanted in a home for well-under asking price, and with fast turnaround to settlement. I couldn't recommend her any more highly - she is a rock star!

I was a first-time home buyer and was connected with Kelly through Zillow through their automatic service, and I am so glad I was! While Kelly was quite busy during the process, if she was not able to attend a viewing, etc., she made sure that her husband was there to look after us. Their knowledge of the area was in-depth, and I could tell that if there was something Kelly wasn’t sure about, she wouldn’t rest until she had an answer. They both had incredibly sage advice, were honest and clear around the process and expectations, and when I needed Kelly to step in and make a few things happen as far as negotiations, she made sure it did happened. She was able to respond to e-mails, phone calls and texts incredibly quickly, and would work late nights to make sure what needed to be accomplished was. She was genuinely so thrilled for us, and made our move in very special.
