I have owned and sold three homes there was no comparison in what Kelly Clayton with Keller Williams has done to sell the home today.
I have never seen a realtor work so hard in our favor she has gone far above what I ever expected, I could not believe the work and hustle she did to sale our home, when we got ready to put on the market she went way out of her way to get everything ready to show and sale. In fact when it was ready to show I was impressed so much I wanted to keep it. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, it was almost as through Kelly was delivered up on a silver platter.
As my mother had just died after having lived in Franklin for 40 plus years, and not living in
Franklin ourselves, we were more than a bit hesitant as to how to even get started with selling the house, not to mention everything in it!! We truly felt like we were looking at a long, daunting task. Enter Kelly....She had connections that took every burden off of our shoulders. From The auction company, estate manager, and even probate attorney, she was there leading and directing us every step of the way. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement, at best, Pressure washing the outside deck, taking pictures out of frames...Seriously, ANYTHING she could do to make the process easier. I told her and will tell all of you, as well, she was indeed Godsent. She continually kept in touch with progress being made, so there was never once that we had to call her to ask how things were going. I can't find words to say how wonderful she was during the entire process. I will also tell you that all of this was accomplished in minimal time
If I could give Kelly 10 stars, that wouldn't be enough. Kelly, we appreciate all you did to make the process go as smoothly and quickly as possible, and will never be able to thank you enough. You were a true blessing at a very difficult time. May God continue to bless you, richly.

I have known Kelly for 16 years and just used her to sell my first home. I can't stress enough how motivated, professional, kind and patient she was throughout the whole process. She took the time to walk me through the whole process including coming to my house several times to sit and talk with me and make sure I knew how the process would go as being a first time home seller, I was clueless! She set my home up to attract lots of attention when it came on the market and I had 85 showings in 4 days which resulted in 20 offers which she helped me rank and go through to make the whole thing less overwhelming.

As a native Middle Tennessean, I can say that Kelly really knows this market and helped me get the best value for my home and I would highly and strongly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Having had bad experiences with prior realtors, Kelly Clayton was a breath of fresh air. Buying a home is a very personal experience and should be handled as such. Other realtors made me feel like just another client - pushing a quick sale regardless of my interests in order to get their commission and move on. Kelly, on the other hand, made me feel like I was her only client. My satisfaction was truly her number one priority. She has an unmatched knowledge of the Greater Nashville real estate market.
