She is also great for coming up with solutions to any issues that may come up. My recent home purchase posed many challenges, but she was always there every step of the way. Highly recommend !

She is on top of everything on your behalf, she listen to your needs, she made it easy and comfortable the whole process though the process is a bit long and complicated but she made it very easy and lucid to understand. Very responsive, this is our first home and being a first time home owner we have lot of questions in reference to the lending process, home inspection as well as all the legal process and documentation, but Kelly explained it well and helped us at every step of the way. My lenders and my attorney also said that your Real estate agent is on top of everything and very responsive and quick to reply back. I have decided if I am buying my next property, Kelly Durrschmidt will be my Real estate agent, I recommend and I would Kelly Durrschmidt, if you are planning to by a house.

Kelly is AMAZING! She was able to help me with every aspect of the sale of my house, in the middle of a pandemic, and with the added challenge of me not even being in the country at the time! She was able to coordinate everything, even with a 5 hour time difference between us. The idea of selling my house was so stressful but Kelly totally put me at ease and walked me through the whole process. She was able to sell quickly and at a great price and I'm very happy.

Kelly is a rockstar!!! She worked with us for a little less than a year to buy our first home together. She managed to take our limited budget and found us a home that took us by surprise. We had glanced over a listing that she insisted that we check out in person, and ended up being the house that we purchased! She is kind, intelligent and incredibly hardworking. She was informative and patient as we went through the first time home buying process together with her. She informed us of programs that we may qualify for, explained our mortgage and home buying options and helped us make an informed, educated decisions. My wife and I used Kelly to purchase our first home after a recommendation from our friends. From the get go, Kelly made sure her services were personalized to our individual needs and was always available for questions, even after office hours. Kelly was always eager to schedule showings for us and the day that we found our house, Kelly was immediately available for the rest of the day to help us navigate the offer making process, as we had to get our paperwork in within 8 hours due to multiple offers. Even now after we have purchased the home and moved in, Kelly has stayed in touch and still helps us contact the previous owner’s realtors when questions emerge. On a personal level, Kelly has a very genuine personality and makes you feel at ease from the moment you begin working together. We would definitely use Kelly again when purchasing a home, although we hope that need won’t arise for many years to come :)

Kelly Durrschmidt is no short of a miracle worker. At a time when I thought I would not recoup my investment, she not only sold my co-op for asking price, but she did so in an incredibly quick and efficient time frame. We had a contract within DAYS.
