Known as The Dancing Broker, I am a real estate broker based out of John L. Scott’s North Kitsap office. I became a broker in 2015, working in the food service industry before deciding to put her people skills, professionalism, and sales ability to work helping others realize their dream of home ownership.
I service all of the Kitsap Peninsula, going wherever my clients take me, including Bremerton, Poulsbo, Silverdale, Port Orchard, Kingston, Belfair, Hansville, Gig Harbor and Olalla. I work with all types of people and properties, but I particularly enjoy helping first-time home buyers begin their journey as homeowners. Another focus of mine is helping seniors downsize and get into a 1 story home for a more safe and enjoyable retirement lifestyle.
Providing efficient service is of utmost importance to me, and I am always taking care to be a responsive and initiative-taking communicator. Clients tell me that I am a “real go-getter” and appreciate my upbeat personality, passion for education and ability to keep my cool in high-pressure situations. I distinguish myself from other agents with my personal concierge-type service, analytical nature, and laser focus on empowering my clients to reach their goals.
When collaborating with seller clients, my top marketing strategy is video! I create my own custom tour videos which since the pandemic has been crucial in getting eyes on the seller’s property and tour appointments made. Also, John L. Scott is a member of the global network Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE), which markets across the globe. This international exposure is critical in a military community like ours in Kitsap County.
When I am not helping real estate clients or spending time with my three daughters or six grandchildren, I enjoy creating online scrapbooks, planning amazing Halloween parties, cooking, baking and of course, dancing! I am a ballroom, country, and swing dancer, and have enjoyed dancing with my husband for over 30 years. I am the President of the Kitsap Peninsula chapter of USA Dance, a nonprofit social ballroom dance club. I am also a member of Winter Club, a local dance club that has been going strong for over 80 years.
To give back, I donates to the St. Michael Medical Center’s Pediatric Rehabilitation Center in Silverdale with every closing. I also have donated to the Women for Women International organization for more than 20 years, and volunteers as a board member with two different dance organizations.
