Kelly show her expertise when we sold our home and bought a different one. We even got more money than we expected. Even when the other realtor wasn’t responding to us, she remained calm and worked out other solutions. After our sale, we have maintained that professional relationship.
She is definitely the right person to contact if you are buying or selling any property.

Kelly has been amazing to work with. She is super responsive and always has had our best interest in mind. She helped us walk through the "what-if" scenarios to be sure we are thinking through all the options and making the best informed decision for our current situation. Kelly was able to help my fiancé and I purchase our first home together. She was able to help us navigate through the current market, and without a doubt she had our backs. She took her time with us, and truly had our best interest at heart when helping us make a decision. She new questions to ask that we had no idea to ask about, which was beyond helpful. In this market, I truly can’t believe we got the house that we did. She fought for us, and I have no doubt it my mind she will do whatever it takes for others just as she did for us. Kelly helped my family with the sale of our home, and the purchase of our new home. It was obvious from the beginning that she was professional and knowledgeable. She would always find a way to make time for a call when we had questions or needed to talk with her about something, even with how busy she can be. She took the time to really get to know us and what we were looking for in a new home. (Which proved to be quite the challenge figuring out what that was in my wife's mind!) In my opinion the greatest value Kelly added to the whole process was that she obviously was truly looking out for our best interests, and not just another payday.

In my opinion Kelly was the best real estate agent I could of asked for. Whenever I called her she responded right away and answered any questions I had. She eased my mind many times when I wasn't sure about something. She got the best possible price for my house. Worked very closely with my agent in Arizona who was handling the purchase of my new home there and both loan closing people in Minnesota and Arizona right to the very last when I received the funds in my account. Loved the way she did the staging and taking pictures which she posted on the MLS listing. I had a lot of showings which resulted in the sale pretty quickly.

This was the second time I used Kelly's services as she actually sold me the house I was selling when I bought it new in 2011 which she handled this purchase for me so well.

I would not hesitate a second to use Kelly's services in either selling or buying a home and would recommend her highly to anyone.

Before we decided to list our house I was skeptical about the value of a realtor, especially in this hot seller's market, but after having gone through the process of buying and selling with Kelly I can't imagine trying to go DIY. On top of that, Kelly demonstrated several times along the way that not just any agent will do; an experienced agent can both help you avoid potential pitfalls, as well as create opportunities a DIYer or less experienced agent would overlook. Buying and selling a house can also be a very emotional process, and Kelly was a tremendous resource in that regard as well. If I could give her 100 stars I would, but it only lets me give 5!

Kelly gets to know you personally. I almost gave up on realtors thought they were just useless espically when 1 said ok I am not going to show you 100 houses it is time you pick one. Completely shocked and so upset. I was referred to Kelly and I am so glad I was. Not only I didn't know 100% what I wanted but she asked questions that I never was asked before. She actually found my first place and now I don't ever want to lose her!! She helped me with my next move. Even during her maternity leave. I just wanted her on my side. She did great, nailed it!! She goes over and beyond!! Never knew this type of realitor existed until I meet Kelly!!! (Not even joking)
