With over a decade of career experience in Management & Sales, Southern California-based Kelly Jones currently serves as a Residential Realtor Sales/Manager with Russell Realty Group at eXp Realty. It is her mission to work with both buyers and sellers to negotiate the best deal and represent her clients throughout the process, with the best representation possible. Her history of customer facing roles has framed herself as a driven and personable real estate agent with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Kelly previously worked for Sprint, working her way up the corporate ladder to Pinnacle award-winning District Manager in both Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

She earned both a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management at University of Phoenix.
