Over the years, my wife and I have considered buying a townhouse a couple of times, and used a different real estate agent each time. This was our third go-around, so Kelly was the third real estate agent we worked with.

She went above and beyond in every facet of the home buying process and completely swept the first two agents under the rug. This ended up being a six month ordeal of seeing houses almost every weekend, and some weekdays in between. Kelly was always happy to show us the houses and never got discouraged when they didn't work out. She took the time to handpick "hot" houses in our budget / geography which ended up being a huge difference maker in our home-buying journey.

Working with real a estate agent can feel like a dicey game. Do they have your best interests at heart or are they more interested in cashing a commission check? Beyond a shadow of a doubt, my wife and I feel she always had our best interests at heart. She is very knowledgeable about the industry and helped decipher the real estate / legal jargon we encountered. She knew what to look for at showings and was honest with her opinion, even when it was contrary to ours. She is down-to-earth and easy to work with. We will 1000% recommend Kelly to anyone we know looking to buy a house. We couldn't be happier with our forever home - Thank you, Kelly!

Kelly is one of the best Maryland agents I know. Her local knowledge surpasses most. I had the pleasure of working with Kelly many times assisting buyers and sellers and she truly cares. If you are looking for an agent who has a good understanding of the local housing market, and the ability to negotiate, then Kelly is the cream of creams. She doesn’t only sale houses, but she has the ability to solve problems and propose solutions 24/7. She helped us understand the process which can be frustrating.
