Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. My name is Kelly Osborn, and I was born and raised in Historic St. Mary’s, Georgia. In 2009, I met my husband Marcus while he was stationed at the Kings Bay Naval Base, and now he is a military veteran. If you or any member of your family has served in the military, I would like to extend my gratitude for your service.
My husband and I got married in October 2009, and a year later, we welcomed our little bundle of joy, Jayden, who is now 11 years old. We moved to Alamance County, North Carolina in 2010 and have since added two more bundles of joy to our family - Isabelle, who is 3 years old, and Layleigh, who is almost 1 year old.
As a transplant myself, I understand the struggles that come with relocating and am committed to making the transition easy and smooth for you. Representing you and your interests during the real estate transaction is my responsibility, and I will be there to help every step of the way. I recognize that the needs of buyers and sellers can be very different in every transaction, and open communication is key to success.
During my career, I have had the honor of representing many sellers in a variety of transactions, from selling investment properties to downsizing dream homes. I am currently an on-site agent, also known as a New Home Advisor, for new construction for Shugart Homes/Mungo Homes. I recently sold out my previous neighborhoods, The Preserve at Stone Ridge in Gibsonville, and Manning Crossing in Elon, and am now located in my new neighborhood, Rogers Spring in Graham. I am excited to be a part of the coming soon neighborhood, The Stables at Harris Farms in Burlington. Helping families build their dream homes from the ground up brings me joy, and I look forward to assisting you through the building journey.
Aside from my passion for real estate, I am also an animal lover and proud owner of two beautiful German Shorthaired Pointers, Cabela and Remi. They love to assist with waterfowl and upland hunts, as well as cuddle up with us.
