After fully re-imagining and selling her own properties over the past 10 years in New Smyrna Beach, Kelly Pohlar retired from a thirty plus year career with Lockheed Martin and moved to New Smyrna full time with her husband of 28 years. During the process of renovating properties, Kelly’s love for design and the complete renovation process emerged. This passion, coupled with her husband's impeccable construction skills has allowed them to become an effective team.

Once Kelly made the move to New Smyrna, obtaining her real estate license was the natural choice for her. After going through the buying and selling process over the past 8 years for her renovated properties, she found it to be extremely exciting/rewarding and wanted to share that excitement.
