The house I was selling was part of my brother's estate and there was family still living in the house, so the process seemed daunting to me. However, Kelly handled everything like a pro and made the entire process as seamless as could be. Her kindness and compassion to the members of my family that were still living in the home was second to none. She took a difficult situation and helped all of us ease through it unscathed. I couldn't have done this sale without her expertise or her dedication to her clients. This is the second home Kelly has sold for me and I couldn't recommend her more highly. My family and I have used kelly to sell and purchase a total of 5 homes with another one soon on its way. Each time she has proved to be worth her wieght in gold, great advice on updates, sell and buy price, and always on top of lenders to complete paperwork for a speedy closing.
