Kelly Thrash

Kelly Thrash always knew she would follow in her grandmother’s footsteps and become a successful realtor; watching her be a trailblazer and help so many families inspired Kelly at an early age. Now, Kelly is a Lifetime Member of the Atlanta Realtors Association of top producers, ranking among the top ten percent of realtors in Atlanta. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Realtors Association, having served five years on the Board of Directors, two years as the Chair of the Fundraising Committee, and one year as the Chair for the Southeast’s Largest Real Estate Trade Show. Kelly is also a major investor in the realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC), supporting property rights and home ownership.

With more than ten years of experience in real estate and extensive knowledge of the home-building market in the Metro Atlanta and North Georgia areas, Kelly specializes in Forsyth and Fulton Counties, Lake Lanier, golf communities, and Big Canoe. She is also a mountain and lake specialist.

Kelly attributes her consistent success to her purposeful approach and effective negotiation skills. Her commitment and dedication to understanding and fulfilling her client's needs is her top priority. She is enthusiastic about assisting buyers to find their perfect home, as well as successfully marketing her seller's properties. To Kelly, helping her clients is her greatest joy, whether they are searching for a new home or are looking to sell and begin a new chapter. She provides a seamless and exceptional real estate experience from beginning to end.

Originally from Alabama, Kelly graduated from The Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and then obtained her bachelor's in psychology and advertising from the University of Alabama. While there, she became a member of Alpha Gamma Delta, Order of Omega, and was President of the Panhellenic Association, and prior to joining Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, gained twelve years of award-winning sales experience working for international and Fortune 500 companies.

Kelly has served her community through memberships with the Junior League of Atlanta, the National Association of Women Business Owners, and numerous other volunteer organizations, including building with Habitat for Humanity for six years. She is also a Guardian Circle supporter of the Atlanta Humane Society.

In Kelly's free time, she enjoys concerts, action movies, and dining with friends around Roswell, Alpharetta, and Crabapple. She loves curling up with a good mystery book, is a Pilates enthusiast, playing fantasy football, and, of course, is an Alabama Crimson Tide football fan!
