She was absolutely amazing to work with. Everything went very smooth and we were kept informed the entire time of the process. She helped way beyond what she needed to and I'm overly grateful we had her as our realtor. She is respectful, trustworthy, very organized and great at keeping track of everything. My memory is awful but i didnt worry as long as she knew, because of how planned and coordinated everything went. Also one of the most sincerely nice people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I can't sing her praises enough. 10/10 recommend her service.

I happened to find my home literal hours before they decided to stop taking offers. Kelsey was still able to negotiate with the sellers and gave me some tips to make my offer more appealing to the sellers. The sellers ended up accepting my offer and specifically mentioned that her advice and Kelsey's expertise were what made them want to work with us! As a first time home buyer, I knew nothing (NOTHING) about the home-buying process, but Kelsey was amazing about walking me through everything. She also had connections at every step of the way from lenders to home insurance which really helped accelerate the process. Kelsey is the best realtor you could ask for, and I have already been recommending her to anyone to will listen!

Kelsey has been an absolute blessing throughout my entire home-hunting journey. This process took several months and Kelsey has always been kind, helpful and available via phone, text or e-mail to answer any odd-ball questions I may have had; this really put me at ease. As a first time home-buyer, during a crazy housing market, and at the beginning of the pandemic craze--Kelsey has always shown professionalism and the willingness to show me all types of homes from all over the area. This entire process was definitely a bit of a self-discovery journey as I wasn't exactly sure of what I was looking for--I went from submitting an offer on a small condo to ultimately settling on a beautiful corner unit townhome with a large garage. Throughout the whole process Kelsey has been very knowledgeable about the market, kind and honest, and overall very helpful, professional and responsive to any and all inquiries no matter the day or time. Kelsey Mahon is an AMAZING Realtor! She went above and beyond for us. We are a military family who PCS from Texas. While out in Texas we decided to buy a home before arriving to Maryland. Kelsey took many virtual videos for us, we spotted a home and decided to buy it. Well we then changed our mind and decided to wait until we arrived to Maryland. Kelsey agreed and was very patient with us.. Once we arrived, we loved another home, which then we decided not to buy bc we loved a different home. Haha.. Again, Kelsey was the nicest and most patient realtor... Not only that, she gave good insight of every home and around the community, very informative. She helped us find the right fitted home for us, very attentive and paid much attention to our needs and wants, she was not pushy at all. If we wanted to see a home, she was available on the spot or at least tried to be there as soon as she was available, day or evening, in our pjs if we wanted to. We felt so comfortable with her.. We even felt we made our first friend in Maryland with her, THAT IS HOW GOOD SHE IS! I highly recommend Kelsey Mahon! Thank you again Kelsey and for the fancy wines!
