Her specialty is in the 2–4-unit multifamily investment space, running in depth analysis and metrics for her clients displaying the true picture and potential of each investment. She has executed numerous purchases, sales, and 1031 exchanges across various real estate categories.
Kelsey practices what she preaches. She is also a real estate investor herself, executing many of the wealth building strategies to build her person real estate portfolio she teaches and coaches to her clients. Her personal investing experience allows her to be a wealth of information on many types of models and strategies, including how to scale real estate investments, which she happily shares with her clients.
Kelsey has a strong love for learning and innovation and relentlessly studies the economy and data so she can properly advise her clients and provide the most up to date information. She enjoys collaborating with beginner real estate investors to seasoned investors, providing expert counsel along the way. She knows that real estate investing will make her clients rich and provide the financial security so many are seeking.
She has a diverse background in government contracting, negotiating, and program management, which allows her to seamlessly execute both buying and selling homes for her clients.

Kelsey has a master’s degree in communications from Western Illinois University. In her downtime, Kelsey enjoys playing beach volleyball, hiking, snowboarding, spending time at the beach and taking full advantage of all the beauty California has to offer.
