Kelvin has helped my wife and I sell one home and purchase two others. His knowledge of the local market and area is second to none. He is professional, considerate and always takes the time necessary to ensure his clients are taken care of.

When we sold our home, Kelvin was able to get us more than we thought we could get for the house, which was great, but he was also able to help us navigate some complex real estate situations with our most recent house purchase as well. Everything with both purchases and sales went smoothly due in large part to Kelvin’s experience, expertise and willingness to go the extra mile for his customers.

Some realtors you never hear from after the sale, but Kelvin continues to keep in touch and has even helped me recently with a CMA. He genuinely enjoys what he does and he is extremely good at it - and it shows!

My husband and I met Kelvin as first time home buyers in 2012. We spent about a year shopping before we closed on our home. As first time buyers we had absolutely no idea how to go about the process; Kelvin graciously assisted us in every step of the process.
After we closed on our new home some issues arose, a pipe had burst. Kelvin assisted us in everything we needed to do to get this issue resolved. We very much so appreciate Kelvin's dedication and ethics. He's extremely patient, honest, committed to his clients, friendly and hard working.
We have stayed in close contact with Kelvin and have gone out for coffee or lunch over the years. Everytime we are out, there is someone that Kelvin knows; he is well connected to many people in our small community.

Kelvin has been amazing during this home buying process! My fiancé and I were looking for a home with very specific criteria and he did a great job trying to find these things for us. He was always incredibly responsive and ended up driving HOURS to show my fiancé the home we ended up purchasing. It’s been a real pleasure working with him and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase in Centralia(or anywhere in the surrounding area if you’re picky like we were!) He made the home buying/searching process so easy. Especially with myself being 6,000 miles away deployed for the entire process.
